If you're expecting real alligator skin you might be disappointed. We came up with the name for these appetizers to fit the profile of our restaurant being Creole. We could not purchase real alligator skin, so we created our own.

Alligator Skins Directions

  1. Prep: Keep on line and in back fridge
  2.  On line: Roll up 4 to 5 skins together.
  3. Cut all with diagonal pattern.
  4. Separate pieces, place and submerge in deep fryer.
  5. Season with New Bay.
  6. Serve in boat with Soy Gin Sauce
