  • 1.5 pound(s) ground beef chuck
  • 0.5 pound(s) ground pork or Italian sausage
  • 1 medium sized yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stock, chopped
  • 0.5 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) dried thyme leaves
  • 0.25 cup(s) oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) dried marjoram
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1 cup(s) Sweet Mama Janisse's Soul Q Sauce

Cajun Meatloaf Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients place in a loaf pan.
  2. Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours @ 350º F
