  • 0.33 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup(s) vinegar
  • 0.25 cup(s) mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) celery seed
  • 0.25 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 4 pound(s) pork spareribs or pork loin ribs, cut into pieces

Baby Back Ribs With Mustard Sauce Directions

  1. For sauce, in a saucepan combine brown sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard, celery seed and garlic powder. Bring to boiling, stirring till sugar dissolves. 
  2.  Preheat grill. Adjust heat for indirect cooking. Place ribs on grill rack over medium heat. Cover and grill for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or till ribs are tender and no pink remains.
  3. Brush occasionally with sauce the last 15 minutes of grilling.
