Cajun Shrimp Marinade

Cajun Shrimp Marinade

When you are ready to thread your shrimp on skewers, instead of using just one skewer, put a skewer in the thick part of the tail and another in the thin part of the tail.  The shrimp tend to turn around when on one skewer, but this way you can flip them over easily while cooking.
