Apple Bread

Apple Bread

I made this recipe using fresh fruit and it was great bread.   The first time I use the apple and then the next time I thought I would try just for kicks to use another fruit. I used fresh pears. The pears I used were not pears that were soft in texture but hard and crispy. The bread was to die for!
